The hotel had a fantastic location really close to Unity Theatre. Moreover, it was so close to the centre and docks and the Iconic cathedral. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.

Liked competent staff and reasonably spacious hotel.
The hotel was relaxing and spotless, had delightful views over Hope Street and towards the Iconic cathedral. I booked a twin room with a storage space, a lounge area and an iron. Good and fab location to attractions like Everyman Theatre, that was near the property. My continental breakfast was SAVOURY.

Hotel OK, staff very friendly and helpfull, Christmas food not as good as I had hoped. Seared scallop was just that, ONE Scallop and a tiny piece of meat served on a slate, why? Main course no comment!!!! and victorian christmas pud was again tiny, solid ,bought in,and horrid all in all an expensive let down, If we stay again we will eat out!

The breakfast here is a feast! They serve up hot meals, and even toss in a welcome drink for good measure. Believe me, you won't leave hungry. Plus, the hotel's location puts you right in the midst of all the shopping action 🛍️.
